Today’s Paris memories are all about the city’s incomparable culinary equipment boutiques, particularly E. Dehillerin, where one can find the finest copper cookery in all of Par-ee! Joe and I actually brought two empty suitcases during one of our trips and brought back six pots and pans, as well as a huge bowl and pastry form. I could spend a fortune here! And it’s just steps from the famous 24/7 brasserie Au Pied du Cochon (where, not surprisingly, pigs feet are a specialty!)
